ABOUT
One of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself is self awareness through therapy or coaching. This involves a great deal of self care and acceptance as you learn to honor and appreciate your strengths and identify and accept the things you need to work on (and strategies and coping skills to help you do that) in order to feel more satisified with your life.
